Teaching ResourcesThere are two types of resources available through this site, those which have been produced commercially and those generated within the SGFTN. A wide variety of resources is available for involving pupils in Fairtrade awareness at both primary and secondary levels. The Fairtrade Foundation provides a teaching pack which can be downloaded from www.fairtrade.org.uk/resources_education_packs.htm An accredited programme is available through the Co-operative Society, which has a heavy emphasis on Fairtrade. This is aimed at secondary school pupils aged 14+ (www.youngcooperatives.org.uk). The Co-operative society also produces a teaching pack entitled “Make your school Fairtrade friendly”. The registered charity People and Planet has over 100 People & Planet groups across the country campaigning on Fairtrade. This movement is aimed at sixth-formers (www.peopleandplanet.org/fairtrade).
